Sorry, but wouldn't it be a better idea to take them to a Turkish restaurant?
The Hilton has a Chinese restaurant but I've never been there so I don't know if it's any good.

Indian:
Dubb in Sultanahmet - you only want the terrace (great views) so book in advance. Seats maybe 30 up there.

Thai:
Pera Thai in Pera - cute place with cute-sized portions. Suitable for a business dinner.

Korean:
Gaya in Green Park Hotel Taksim
Plus:
Lokal in Tünel. Variety of Asian dishes. You can sit outside. More informal than the above. 0212 245 5743

 Banyan in Ortakoy
You might want to check out Banyan in Ortakoy. It has a lovely outdoor terrace, overlooking the Bosphorus and the mosque, and it's "Asian fusion". We were impressed with the atmosphere, and we really liked their curry dish (since you mentioned curry). It is a bit pricey, but I'm assuming that's not an issue if this is for a group of businessmen. Have a look at their website http://www.banyanrestaurant.com. There's a second location in Nisantasi. I haven't tried that one, but I'd recommend Ortakoy for the view.

Looking for GOOD asian restaurants for curry eating
My choice goes to INDIAN DUBB in Sultanahmet. Centrally located. Historical Place. Reasonable Price.

Are you going to be in Ankara or Istanbul?
In Ankara there is Quick China, Chinese in Town and a nice small restaurant in GOP called Spice -- good luck

If you are actually looking for a "GOD" Asian restaurant, than I suggest that you go eat in another country. You are going to get mediocre Asian at best here. Might as well go for Banyan, as it has the best ambiance and location (Ortakoy) of any of them.

Whenever I visit a chinese restaurant if the cook is turkish (no offence meant here) the chances are I will not get it prepared they way it should be. You will see the noodles swimming in soya sauce.

Isn't this the Ankara section? I was starting to get excited that so many curry places had opened up overnight.
