 Esenboga - White Elephant No Longer? Milliyet newspaper reports today that THY plan to set up a budget carrier that will use Ankara's lovely, but frankly massively under-used, new airport as a hub for cheap flights to Europe and within Turkey. No details on a start date.

Now budget flights between Ankara and Manchester would be great for me, bring it on I say.
