crikey i have been for 3 runs this week, im struggling to do 2.4 km in 15 mins, its the bloody cold can feel my legs buckling under me

well you're doing better than I am .I haven't run in a few weeks as I missed up my hamstring again... hopefully will be up and running in a few weeks... walking on a treadmill is killing me!
