Post A trip to Mersin
A Yank/Kuwaiti goes to Mersin for a business conference and blogs how she had a not so great time, but her post on the trip is very funny.

Post Re: A trip to Mersin
Hi Oz,

nice find - the girl obviously had a real ball in Mersin :) ! I especially liked her part on accommodation, knowing she arrived already sick:
"We were organized into 2 groups: The group at the good hotel and the group at “the other one”. I was in the “other one”: The Taksim Hotel: 46 floors and no air conditioning; Every room a smoking room and not a single window that you could open. I asked for a room on a lower floor (fire, earthquake?) and was told that the hotel level starts at 32. I was on 37. My ears popped every time I rode the elevator. It was the first “5 star” hotel that I’ve ever stayed in that didn’t accept American Express....."

hahahaha -more pls !!!

Cheers

Sundance Kid
