 Oz Adana (Tarabya)
I was reluctant to give this one away but what the hell. Have been eating here since 1995. A small place on a back street oposite tarabya mosque. Looks like a cheap local from the outside and is a no frills restaurant. Run by Turkish arabs from Mardin and hand made adanas made in front of you, cooked over coals. They also have a pide and lahmacum oven and my favourite is the extra cheese pide. Also they usually give a complimentary 'esme' which is the best I know of. Fast and very friendly service and if you live nearby even have a home delivery service. Good food at a cheap price and dont know of an adana better cooked then these guys. my rating 5 star
