Many people already know about this place, but I went there last night and thought I would say how good I thought it was.

I went to Ciya Sofrasi (local specialities) and the array and quality of dishes was stunning. There was an incredible array of colours, textures, smells and flavours from a fresh roesmary and pomegranite salad; to a heavy cumin and chili-based powder; an excellent lental soup; rice cooked in intestine; sherbert drinks; a heavy lamb and chickpea broth; finely-gained cous cous; a creamy substance that tasted like marshmallow; and some excellent warm walnut based-sweets.

If variety is the spice of life (and I think it is) this is the place! I could (and hopefully will) go and go again just to try something different. Five stars and =D>
