I walked by it the other day as I was coming back from a run. It seemed to just sell Indian-styled home furnishings, but there was some sign that said "Cafe." I don't know if it was just a marketing gimmick though.

It's just north of Bagdat Caddesi on one of the main streets in Caddebostan (Omer Pasa Caddesi, maybe?)

 Indian Restaurant.
Being an Indian I would recommend only "Dubb India" as the real Indian restaurant in Istanbul. Although its gone more expensive now! Rest are all not worth at the moment.

Tandoori is owned by a Bangladeshi. Therefore the spices are different. Its not pure Indian taste.

What do you guys think of Indian for the Final Fridays dinner (monthly dinner on the Asian side) for June? Shall we get a group together for some Indian food?
Matt

Matt, Have you found an Asian-side Indian restaurant? At the beginning of this thread, there was some debate as where it was. I've never seen it - where is it?

Hey CdnRed, I've never seen it, no. But if there is one, we should hit it.
Is there an Indian or Pakistani restaurant on the Asian side? Where is Tandoori? Chi-town, did you ever find a restaurant?
Matt

Matt - yes, yes bloody yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lets go to the best one - if that's Dubb India - that's a good enough recommendation for me!
Count me well and truly in! Unless it's the weekend after next.
