Post Konyali, Levent Kanyon.
I was here last night and I have to say that it was just great.
Real Turkish food, incredibly nice waiters and actually not -that- expensive. (you can let go ofcourse)

Lebeniye soup was just excellent, and I was surprised to find that it was almost the same tasta of lebeniye soup my mother makes.

Etli ayva dolması, which is quince filled with meat.
it has to be the most interesting dish I had in long while.

etli sevketi bostan. nice, i don't know how to explain it.

Cerkez tavugu. classic Turkish specialty chicken mixed with walnuts among other things. served cold.
Was really good.

In general I was surprised that they had so much selection of food that you can't find in other resaurants.

Service was just great, nothing else I can say about it.
and the price wasnt that extreme.

Yeah, went there before I left for Christmas. Excellent traditional Turkish cooking. I had the lamb shish and the quality of the meat was the best that I have had in Istanbul.

I have to say my fav. place in Kanyon is Num Num. If you want a real burger that wasn't made 2 years ago- this is the place. I don't eat lots of meat but sometime crave a good, messy burger. Shoot, now I am hungry...sigh.

Num Num is good, sadly the waiters are rude.

The waiters are just lazy like the rest of them. Num Num is good - buıt you have to normally queue for ages and their menu is limited, if you want similar type of food but more choice and better go to Kirinti in Nisantasi.

I definitely have to try this Turkish Posh Nosh place though. Sounds great.
