Having scived work on Friday afternoon, I did the unthinkable and crossed to Asia.
Strangely I didn't die but found myself in Moda Iskele Restaurant and Bar. Turned out to be a nice idea.
Sure the waiter was stupid and the beer Efes, but the food was your good, standard meze fare and not expensive, and the location pretty.
Was feeling kind of good - until the BF cruised past on the boat.

(Watch out for the dive bombing sparrows and the fashion disasters going to the wedding venue. They even make Starlady look cool.)
