 South China Restaurant, Moda South China Restaurant.
Moda, Moda Caddesi, about two blocks from the end of the street where it descends to the Moda Iskele (ferry landing) and the water.
I give it a "4". It can be hard to find good Chinese food, but this place is good. My favorites are pineapple chicken and shrimp fried noodles.
It's a little expensive -- Chinese food in Istanbul isn't cheap. A typical meat dish like pineapple chicken or garlic/ginger beef will run you about 16-17 milyon.
Dessert: Come on, this is a Chinese restaurant. Plan to get your desert elsewhere (fortunately, Ali Usta ice cream is right up the street).
Toilet: Don't know, haven't had to use it.

Nice to know about chinese food Nice to know that there is a good chinese restaurant here. But why aren't they cheap here, right? All around the world I think the chinese food is very cheap...

Chinese food is viewed as a luxury, hence the pricing.
