Post books to give away
I have about 20 books (in english) which I have no space for in my library and I just cant throw 'em away.
Is anyone interested to give them a new home and a warm look coming from loving, literate eyes ???

Pls let me know

You can always take books to the book exchange and swap them out for free.

Post Asian Side?
Sorry to jump in, this sounds great, but I can't get to the European side so easily.
I've got loads of books I would like to pass on and can use some good summer reads.
Can I suggest an Asian side meet-up as well, maybe Kahve Dünyasi on Bagdat Cad.? Anyone interested?

I'll be in Istanbul in 11 days and would love some free reads. I won't be able to bring many over due to lack of space.
I'll be living in Kadikoy--I have no idea where that is in relation to Kahve Dunyasi, but I'm sure it can't be too far.

hey yanki! If you check the link above, you will see one of our books that is circulating.
You too can go to one of the below places and leave your book in the sokak kitapları box (street books) put a sticker on your book and enter it up on the internet and see where your books are who read them and where they travveled to! :O)

Hey AmandaKay- I'm in Kadikoy too! There is a closer Kahve Dunyasi right in Cadde Bostan, right on the Dolmus line (near the mushroom fountains- can't miss that). I'm sure you could even walk there. We can meet there and anyone else is welcome too.
E-mail me at daroz2001@yahoo.com and we can make a plan for the time.

See ya!

As AmandaKay will be house-sitting for me, I can confirm she will be just around the corner from the new Kahve Dunyası (which is actually located at the Feneryolu lights). Are you nearby as well, Daroz?
