i've checked out a few of the english bookstores i know about around taksim, but none of them seem to have any philip k dick books. anybody know where i can get something by him?

anytime i've had something sent to my home in an interesting package, i never receive it... and i've used my work address for personal reasons too many times (wanna save that route for things that are actually important so the boss won't get annoyed)

Did you try Kadıköy the streets full of second hand or new books including plenty of english ones?
