Post Translation help please.
My company is producing a 160 page book for the Forestry Commision here in Turkey. Although they have supplied the bulk of the content, they have asked us to add whatever else we think would be suitable and to come up with the final design. I would like add quotes and proverbs about trees and forests and have found a good number that we can include. The problem is that they are all in English and also will need imaginative translation, rather than literal.

Obviously EiT is very well populated with highly intelligent and thoughtfull Turks, who perhaps would enjoy translating these proverbs for us .... wouldn't you?

In return there will be no fee and no recognition of services in the book, just the satisfaction of knowing you helped me .... what more could I offer!

Those who translate 5 or more of the proverbs will get a thank you email.

Hands up those who can help!

Sorry... I've been deemed only *moderately* intelligent and so will not be able to make a contribution to this worthy venture. But rots a ruck... sounds interesting.
