alacati - cesme for the summer!
a month ago, there was a listing on the then free MM job postings for staff at a little fusion fish restaurant in alacati called su'dan. well, after deciding this was my last chance to be a proper bum before going back to school in september, i called leyla and will now be their waitress extraordinaire starting immediately until august 1st.
anyone coming down that way, stop in and say hello! i plan on taking up windsurfing and fish eating and sitting on the beach and all sorts of other good things that come with living in a small coastal town.
incidentally, alacati is also the summer location for babylon. all the more reason to come, no?

I love Alacati, both the quaint town and the beach. Best of luck with the summer gig Selin.
Go to Kum beach and also to Aya Yorgi bay and Seaside (I saw Tiesto there in 05). There's another place I highly recommend but the name escapes me now...it's a natually beautiful place with a hot spring. The hot spring water goes into the pool and then to the sea below. Does anybody remember the name? Is it Oasis? No. Something else...

the hot spring place is called Aqua, in ilica... i've been down here for a little over a month now and its great. i love the town, the people who work in it and i can even handle the 4km walk/hitchhike to the beach.
i recommend it to everyone but i do have to say, alacati is not a cheap holiday. its more bozcaada than olympos.
send me an email if you want any info
