If you ever happen to drive down to Bodrum or Marmaris or on the way through Aydin from Izmir then you have to stop in Ortaklar for Cop sis.
On the new highway between Izmir and Aydin get off on the first exit after the tunnel and follow the signs for Bodrum. after about 5 km you will come to a small town called Ortaklar. You will see the restaurants on the righthand side just before the roundabout.
Park out side the front and whilst you eat they will wash your car.
Ask for the cop sis and you will get some bread and a plate full of freshly cooked meat. freshly barbecued, this stuff is great and also the ayran is homemade too and is one of the best you can get too.
great food and a great price and fast friendly service. A definite must for any travelers passing by.
