Come on Brian, you must know a few good places to eat and drink as you have been there long enough and must have gotten sober by now. Tell us some decent places for a wee drink.

Not being a drinker, I wouldn't know any ......... hic!

OK, I don't go into Kus much unles it's to the hotel I used, because I have friends there, or to one particular restaurant - because I have friends there!
BUT - found this place and it's good! During the day it's a beach club, although the word 'beach' has to stretched a little - there is no actual 'beach' but you do have access to the sea via steps. They serve food most of the day, and have lots of mattresses for lazing on with plenty of shade, but it really comes into its own at night when it becomes a fish restaurant. Fresh is the word, as you have to select your fish which is then killed and cooked for you. Might take the edge off it a little, knowing that YOU decided that your particular fish was going to die - but hey! A very nice setting, great food, good music. It is on the Soke road out of Kus, about 1km before the Fantasia hotel on the same side of the road. It's the "Elevens Beach Club" and info can be found at: http://www.kusadasi.com/beachclubs/elevens there is plenty of parking and just follow the signs down to the water.

Other than that, the Yellow Rose, just a little further on, nice little bar/restaurant, and failing that - well, there's my gaff a bit further down on the left, but the drinks are more expensive there!
