Quick question:
I'm flying to Dalaman tomorrow. Landing at 5pm. Plan was to go to Dalyan then Datça on Saturday.
I'd rather go straight to Datça but my friend is unsure about getting to Datça from Dalaman at say 6pm Friday night.
The place we're going to is some pension with a vegetable garden in a small village at the foot of a cliff...not a lot of info I know!

How easy would it be to make the connections around Datça

hi, I dont know so much about Datca but even though it is near it's a a bitch getting from Dalaman to Dalyan. Your only option is taxi and it costs 50 or 60 YTL one way. There is a kind of taxi mafia situation.

From Dalaman you can go to Marmaris by Havas (25 YTL last year). From there i am sure its easy to get to Datca. however, you can go from Dalyan to Marmaris for about 7 YTL by minibus.

Dalyan to Marmaris otogar is easy; regular mini buses and the same from Marmaris to Datça. It'll take about 3 1/2 hours total travel time unless you have to wait at Marmaris

It's the Marmaris to Datca (regarding last buses) then the Datca to this village that is the problem for me....Um.....
I think it can be done but my friend is not so sure. Rumours of last buses at 6pm.
