Any Handball clubs for pro level?

 Any Handball clubs for pro level? Hi all,
Does anyone know of any handball clubs in Istanbul for players at a national/professional level?
A friend has been offered a job here and is considering moving.
But one of his biggest considerations is for his daughter.
She is 14 and is a national level (juniors) handball player in France.
So he asked me to find out if there are any clubs or schools here that she can play with/for? Would be for a national/pro girls or juniors team.
I Googled, but only managed to find out that Besiktas FC has an Men's Handball team! Not very useful.
Any info would be helpful.

i played handball for over 10 years myself..so i have couple of contacts..i have'nt been playing for sometime now but i will ask around and get back to you guys some point next week..
