Does anyone know where the Reccep Erdogan Stadium is located where football club Kasimpasa is playing its home games? I would like to attend Kasimpasa-Besiktas tomorrow but not sure where the stadium is or how to get there by public transport.

Very easy to get there (it is in Beyoğlu), it is across the road from Pera Palace, British Consulate, TRT Central, if you go under Odakule on Istiklal and then straight on across the main road (Tarlabaşı Caddesi) you will see it next to the road. Easiest to go to Taksim Square, walk down Istiklal and go under Okadule tower and then left round down next to Marmara Pera and Pera Palace and across the main road, you will see the stadium then.

Thanks! Is it walking distance from Taksim Square or is a taxi/bus recommended from there? Also, are tickets for sale just before the game at the gates (if not there is always black market )?

Gerritt: I wanted to go too, but the match is being played at the olympic stadium. I'm guessing for safety and financial reasons. Hope you get this mesage in time!!!

You mean the same stadium as where Istanbul BS plays? How can I get there by bus (I live in Maltepe so I am well aware it will be a long trip, but which busses do I need to take)?
