Never said it was dramatic, however the black ice made things interesting.
In some respects it's good to be back in Istanbul and run when you want to, having the luxury of working freelance so I dictate my hours. In the Summer it's an early morning run and in the winter, either a lunchtime or late evening run.

Guys, that's THE reason why they invented gyms... so you can stay in bed till eleven, and work out in 20 minutes on the treadmill, and jump back it at noon! And still stay fit!

Think of the monthly expense as a social club rather than strictly sports/fitness - that's why many join anyway... A more exclusive sweat.

Very social indeed. More than social in some cases...here (SF) most single people check out each other. It's so obvious it can be distracting sometimes even to spectators. I go to the gym during lunchtime and avoid hitting it at peak after-office hours. My time's more efficiently managed that way since there are no cues at the shower stalls and even at some polular machines. I skipped today though bec. of this nasty cold ;-( that I don't want to pass to many people.

All,
Its a fine place Essporto and IN Germany you would pay at least as much, In Scotland I would never go to a GYM, thats for sissys and stuff not real men....IF YOU WANT TO GET FIT IN SCOTLAND Grab a tree and lift it above your head or throw large pieces of steel around....the more pain the better, thats what lets you know you are actually doing something, then its down the chippy for a pie supper and Irn BRU.....
Anyway esporto goood.
