Post MetroCity sports club - Essporto
MetroCity are opening up a sports club - it's pretty snazzy! Due to open in June. It's part of Essporto so of a higher quality than other places around town e.g. Şişli. Very friendly, bit of an oasis.

It's got an outdoor track, swimming pool, squash courts, wellness centre etc. etc.

Prices? For individual memberships -
5-day USD2250
7-day USD2725

Definitely ask about a discount  It can be substantial!
If you need a hand drop me a line.

WOW! Essporto is incredible. I have never seen such an amazing health club. I went swimming there a few weeks ago as a guest of a friend and was blown away. I found out that becoming a member is quite spendy if you just walk in off the street, but there are definitely ways of bringing that hefty price down. I plan on joining in December so yes, Charly I'll be in touch about that. Cheers...

RSA, what do you think? That I would pay that kind of money?... Then you can better run between the traffic or swim in the Bospohorus if you want a work out.

Now I'm feeling a bit ignorant, but is that serious? I quit my local gym here this year because I thought it was too expensive, and I was paying about A$550/year (about YTL550). It does sound pretty fancy, but my old gym which cost me about A$800/year was pretty fancy. So is this the normal cost of a gym over there? If so, what jobs do all you people have that you can afford it?

mind you, i'm fat and i havent done any sport what so ever in the last 8 years, so I don't know what the price of a gym is or is supposed to be.
but 1800/12 = 150 dollars/month
yeah ok, it's expensive.
