50 is the going rate.
My apartment is 250m2, and she asks 60 for it, including ironing.

I used to pay 50ytl and 65ytl for mine. the 65ytl one was much better. But not all cleaners are that good, especially if you want a thorough job. They don't do thorough! In fact most cleaners are pants, to be perfectly honest.
Anyway, I came to conclusion that if they are reliable, tidy and clean reasonably well, and can get through all the ironing, that's the best you can hope for.
So based on what I just said, if you want thorough, pay 70ytl and demand thorough. if you pay 50ytl and demand thorough, they'll take a hike.
It's a balance you need to find. good luck.

Little tip: Don't let the cleaner try and do any laundry!

50-55 is the going rate, we bumped ours to 55 recently as she'd been bleating about a raise for awhile and while she breaks a lot of things is at least a decent cleaner and honest for the most part.

we split with someone else (2 days one week our house, 3 days their house, then 3 days next week our house etc) and she gets a total of 800 per month - she cooks, cleans and irons. 100% honest too. A little old (40ish) but apart from that brilliant.
