 Starman travels to Izmir Anyone know of a decent restaurant apart from floor 31 in the Hilton? Taking a CEO and his wife out so it has to be classy and expensive. (I aint paying)

how about the top floor of the richmond hotel (if thats the right one), thats on istiklal right next to the Dutch consulate. the food is turkish but avantgarde (i hate fish wrapped in pastirma... sounds so off that it was excellent) and the wine list is great. also, the view.... from cihangir all the way to the galata bridge. i forget the name.
