 Dumb Blonde
I have to buy "Dumb Blonde" shampoo for my friend to take to Hong Kong as a hostess present. But I am so lazy go out in the rain right now... Seriously, there is a shampoo called Dumb Blonde by Bed Head TIGI. The conditioner is called Moisture Maniac. The other hair products are Control Freak (who isn't, duh). etc. Check out the "After Party Smoothing Cream" Nice packaging. http://www.tigihaircare.com/us/products/OK, I have practiced...time to drag my b-tt to buy this for my freind who will put me up in her flat for a few days in Hong Kong.... Ciao for now EiTers.

I'm back. I got the Dumb Blonde for my friend (who is by the way, a smart brunette with lighter highlights in her hair) and for me, the "Manipulator" which is a tacky hair paste to hold down the hair and keep it from swaying. Can't wait to use it tomorrow night for the cocktail party. The "After Party Smoothing Cream" has the consistency of a serum although a bit lighter. Smells great BTW.
What topic shall I practice on now?
Do you think they have an EiHK (Expat in Hong Kong)? I should check out if they have a similar-content site.

 That Dumb Blonde broke!!!
Gosh, when it rains, it pours as they say. I got the special shampoo called Dumb Blonde for my friend in Hong Kong. Guess what? The whole liter bottle of shampoo cracked open in my bag and it was dripping out of the bag as I was pushing my bags here at the Narita Airport!!!! Drats and double drats!!! Half of my wardrobe was spoiled with this shampoo and I had to clean up the bag, its contents, throw away the $30 bottle of shampoo and deal with all the mess! Lesson: Do not bring a Dumb Blonde with you ever! It was nasty cleaning up the gooey pink liquid. I hope everyone's having better luck than me!
Ciao for now EiT.
This practice session has timed out.

BTW, it was in a plastic bag since I wanted to prevent the very thing from happening. But the bag also broke!!! Next, time I'll double bag it or just forget the whole Dumb Blonde thing. I'd better have good luck in making that flight tonight now that this disaster is over.

Gilly, you should have indeed seen me. Y' all, I was cussin' and nearly screaming my frustrations out in the women's WC at Terminal 1. The polite Japanese women were trying to sympathize bynot laughing out loud. The whole sink was full of bubbles, there was a trail of pink gel from my trolley to the sink, etc. And to top it all, there we no tissue paper handy to wipe the mess. They use air to blow dry the hands! Where was paper when I needed it???
As you can probably tell by the trail of my posts, I am still here in Narita. I was bumped off again from last night's flight to Hong Kong!!! I think I will just return to San Francisco tomorrow if I don't make it gain tonight.
Oh, to answer your Q, I resisted the urge to chemically treat my hair to lighten its color. I am totally a brunette with dark locks and proud of it.
OK I'll hit the gym here at the airport hotel and go to town to see the temple this afternoon. I might as well enjoy town while I wait for the flight tonight. I'll exercise my lungs too just in case I have to scream at somebody tonight if I get bumped off again! This is not my idea of a winter break to the far east. I have yet to make it to southeast asia. I should have just flown to Istanbul and partied with all of you!!!
No un-PC pun intended so get your mind off f the gutter...
Thanks BTW banana.

Russ, all taken in jest of course...glad you enjoyed reading my thread....I'm in the flight now BTW!!! YES!!! I had plunk down a small fortune and got on the same UA flight as a fully paying passenger! Let's see if the request for an upgrade will work. I have to put on charm galore...
I'll be in Hong Kong tonight at 11 PM.
Cheerio to you all for hanging in there with me!
