Dalyan has two cool beaches, turtle beach being the best of the two. Spent a year living in Dalyan and loads of time at the beach with me baby (scooter!)
Also agree with Sal, Assos is one to check out.

I have some great Cesme beach photos but I am tech-challenged and don't know how to paste it to my response page. Oh well...
And there are no goats in the photos either.
I personally loved Bozcaada. Not quite as touristy as some of the others but beautiful beaches.
I'd vote for Bozcaada too. Spent a brilliant few days there in August...without a shadow of a doubt the cleanest sea I've been in in Turkey, the sandy beach on the far side of the island (name escapes me now due to extensive wine consumption whilst there) was excellent and spotless. The Swiss Hotel's beach at Göcek comes a very close second but wasn't very impressed with the food there in general. In Bodrum it's got to be Akyarlar, Fener Beach or Karaincir.
