Kurt Elling is playing on October 4th at Aya Irini, in case there's some jazz lovers within the members.
He's a great performer, wonderful singer with a powerful smoky voice and excellent scat abilities, and the band on stage with him is really inspiring ! Elling sings some very personal versions of jazz standards, and it's just like it was complete re-creations ! I love his Nature Boy for instance, and that song can be a very boring one, sang by other interpreters !!!
So don't hesitate a second if you love jazz, this is truly a not-to-miss concert !!!
