Post Sam Popat, Buddha Bar VIII
It seems like ages ago since Buddha Bar VIII was released but it was fresh again last night. Has anyboy listened to BB IX by Ravin yet?

I missed this Madagascar-born dj/producer's first San Francisco gig since I was 'summering in Istanbul' (where else?) but last night, I got to go to his party. It was not quite Buddha Bar Paris (or NY) scene without the huge buddhas and the sultry setting but the music transported us there. Whew, I'm so glad I made a last-minute decison to go! I almost didn't make it to the VIP list. Sam is just awesome. He also played two tracks I love: Esperanza and Unidos Para La Musica so he gets extra points in my book. Buddha Bar New York is you can find him most of the time.

What are your favorite Buddha Bar tracks? Mine are:

Tamaaly Maak from III
Solo Por Tu Amor from III
Angelic Voices VI
The Way You Dream VI
La Ezperanza VIII
I Feel You VIII
etc.
