Today I`ve had the fortune to hear "system addict" by five star, anyone remember that?
I`ve also had the misfortune to hear some dross from that Damien Rice, top surname but just pull yourself together lad

"OPP" from Naughty by Nature--I still don't know what OPP is, but I'm down with it.

OPP: great tune (although I think it is pussy as opposed to property. Meow!)
5star: great shoulderpads. I can see you bringing the 80's revival to Istanbul, Ian

I'm being double throttled here with Celine Dion (Life Will Go On - or - the crap song from the movie Titanic) via the secretaries and Supertramp (The Logical Song) on repeat from the translator.
''When I was young, it seemed that life was so wonderful, A miracle, oh it was beautiful, magical.''
Yeah and look what happens!

Santa Claus is Coming to Town on KFOG at noon when I woke up. Awful reminder that I have just 29 days before Christmas. Yikes!!
BTW, belated Thanksgiving greetings to all of you who deem it your holiday even when you are in another country. As this American (and Canadian, too apparently) tradition dictates, my friends and I, including a very cool Turkish girl, were all stuffed at the end of the evening of feasting. I made a killer yam dish.
Now it's the weekend of shopping but I so don't feel like doing so...

I like "Just Another Day" too...now listening to "After All" by Delirium. I need to get out of this trancey dream stuff and get some rock-infused dance tunes. Gotta get that Martin Solveig cd from the summer. Cheerio.

The weekend was full of massive tunes (some particually big ones at the Dekolte party, I seem to remember- I will survive and comon let's twist again caused the dancefloor to erupt)
Tune of the moment is the Bob Sinclair whistly tune, plus a lovely cheery jazz version of soundgarden's black hole sun which I listened to this morning.
A walk to Macrocentre yielded a couple of gems too: Burt Baccarach [/i]take it easy on yourself followed by Steppenwolf born to be wild. Thank you ipod shuffle god.
Time for pasta and Power FM

I heard "Last Christmas" by Wham earlier tonight.
Last Chistmas I gave you my heart But the very next day you gave it away...
I almost cried I swear. I guess I have the holiday blues.
Silence is golden right now...at bedtime. Yes, BTW, Canadian thanksgiving was last month but indeed they have gooble day too.
G'night from San Fran y'all.

Best Christmas song of all time, apart from Slade. James Brown ("Santa Clause go straight to the ghetto") from the fantastic funky christmas album.
