Post Work-Out Music
I am frightfully bored of the crap on my MP3 player that I listen to while working out. I am looking for suggestions: shit I am looking for has to be up-tempo and, you know, good. Any thoughts?

maymunn - I actually have Dolly Parton's "Nine to Five" on my mpthingumajig so Olivia Newton-John would not totally stand out.

The only Foo Fighters track I have is "Big Me" but quite bored of that now.

Sepultura? Hmmm. I see the Big Rock/Metal/Man on the Mountain connection to heart pumpin' but I am not sure whether I enjoy Sepultura in particular.

One of my favourite musical moments in life took place in Glastonbury 2002. I watched Rod Stewart on the pyramid stage and then legged it to the second stage to catch Groove Armada. The place was heaving, obviously, and I had just made it to the end of the set when they did, what was for me, the seminal rendition of "Superstylin'". Amazing stuff.

'what a feeling'(flashdance) - royal gigalos remix

anything by benny bennassi

look for some live 'andy c' or 'steve bassline smith' for some full on raw, drum n' bass energy.

'eye of the tiger'

Melissa Etheridge - Like the way I do

I need to be pissed off in order to work out and this certainly does the job!

Now all I need to get is a punching bag with my ex's face on it and I'll be set
