 Florian
Hi everyone!
My name's Florian, I'm from Zurich.
I learned about this site by a colleague http://forum.expatinturkey.com/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=1726, hi Ranj!
I am working here in Istanbul since four weeks, staying at hotels Ramada and La Maison.
Looking forward to meeting some other expats!

Salüt Florian,
wo aus Zürich bist Du denn?
I am from Freiburg and spending a lot time with a close friend of mine in Zürich, I just love to hang around the Zürich-See and the nearby area.
Welcome at Istanbul hope you will enjoy your time, there are many great places to hang around and chill out.
Cu

Salut Nadja,
It's nice to hear that you like Zurich. I live near the campus "Irchel" of the University of Zurich - it takes 10 minutes from the central station with the tramway. I guess you're from Freiburg in Germany, aren't you? There's also a Freiburg in Switzerland, that's why I'm asking
There are many great places in Istanbul, I totally agree! What places do you like?
Cheers, Florian

Salüt Florian,
I know that area around the Universtität Zürich my friends live on Züriberg and Gockhausen so we are hanging out mostly at that part of Zürich.
Well I am from the German Freiburg.
and I know that there is another Freiburg in Swiss, odr?
Well I am living at the asian side of Istanbul and so I am often taking long walks down the shore its a great walk, you are welcome to join and on the European side - I love the "old Istanbul" (but thats a almost a must, as I am a historian)
I also live the Bosphor places like Arnavutköy, Yeniköy and so on ...
Where have you been already

 Hope you are enjoying Istanbul
Hi Florian,
Hope you are having a good time in Istanbul. I have been to Switzerland twice and had the chance to visit several places and practice my German and French.
I work very close to Isbank towers. It would be nice to have coffee some time. How many more months do you have in Istanbul?
Cheers

I used to live in the US for the past 12 years and moved back to Turkey a couple of months ago. I am well traveled, speak 5 languages (Sp, Fre, Eng, Ger and Tur) and would be interested in meeting with other expats. Originally I am from Turkey but am very much used to being with foreigners.
