One day someone on here might actually post something comprehensible.
Welcome! Coming to the party tonight?

Welcome Steven.
You have a nice last name. I worked at a camp called Seggie (short for Segunakadeck). Our t-shirts for the summer had the Superman logo with Seggie written across it and I have a yellow one which I was wearing last night and people asked me about the Seggie part. I told them it was your last name and that your family was planning a world invasion. (sorry, been watching too much Doctor Who).
My grampy was a Scotsmen and I think I somehow inherited the Scottish genes from him. I love the accent and wish I had it.
Have fun in Istanbul!

was the camp in Canada by any chance - I know that when you google my name then there is a Camp Seggie that comes up - some sort of Christian children's camp if I remember rightly. Keep wearing the t-shirt though - all publicity is good for the Seggie name.

Welcome to the forum Seggie... we ought to get the Ankara crowd together for a beer... Are you in Istanbul or Ankara at the moment. By the way, watching the rugby at the Red Lion Club tonight. Come and join us if you are around.

Welcome Steven!
Where in Scotland are U from? I lived in Glasgow for a couple of years and loved it! Miss it a lot and my friends there.

Hello Seggie and I hope to hear the accent one day too, I like it.
Just curious as well: What do you think of the new show that'll be on Channel e2 called "Mad Men" ? Would it spur discussions of 60's advertising for class ?

Welcome Steve,
you will have access to all forums once you have been "active" enough. Keep going: there is a lot more to explore.
