Post Merhaba my fellow expats
Hello everyone - my name is Jonathan, but you can call me Jonny. I am new to Istanbul as well. I am a 25 year old strategy consultant at IBM, working here for several months doing some work for a Turkish bank. For now, I'm staying at a hotel in Şişli, but hoping to get an apartment soon. I'm from New York City, where I have lived for 2 years. I'm interested in meeting new people, seeing Istanbul, nightlife (of course), music (especially concerts), and excursions to coastal areas of Turkey, Greece, and all of Europe for that matter. Although I'm not an avid runner, I do like to run outdoors occasionally and I'd be interested in finding a good place to run.

Such a coincidence, you will indeed have to join the other two Jonathans running.

Most of our Jonathans (not all though) run every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 6:45h and normally once at the weekend (this weekend on Sunday morning) normally at Belgrade Forest.

Start is normally from Arnavutköy (for the weekend run we drive up to the forest of course, leaving Arnavutköy at 9.00h)).

Interested?

Why drive 5km to run 20km? Think of your carbon footprint (what ever one is)
