Forum clock is on wintertime.

 Forum clock is on wintertime. I believe the forum clock is running on wintertime, or atleast running back an hour.
I have set up my account as gmt +2 and it says it's 17:23 now, while it's 18:23.

The forum clock runs on GMT and is currently correct.
You being in Turkey are currently on Eastern European Summer Time which is GMT + 3hrs.
GMT is a constant and does not take into account local variations.

also read the sticky post in this very same forum titled Daylight Saving Time it says in there that the board is not designed to handle the changeovers between standard and Daylight Saving Time it also tells you how to change your settings if you'd still like the board to show the correct time (basically set it to GMT + 3hrs).
