A suggestion: could the admins maybe put Turkish characters onto the site so they appear on every page where you would want to type a post? Saves time changing back and forth, hunting and pecking on the Turkish keyboard option. This way folks could just cut/paste.

Another possibility -- though more work for admins -- is having a cool little keyboard like the one on this site that generates Turkish (as well as English) letters:
