how many post counts does one need for pming to be enabled?

 how many post counts does one need for pming to be enabled? i have something like 13 posts, i know it is very little, but i would like to use the Pming function and can't. it says i dont have enough posts. just curious about what the threshold is
i looked in did a search but couldn't find the answer. i know it must be on here somewhere but i couldn't find it..sorry
