sharing from your PC is possible but you need to know damn sure what you're doing or else you'd be opening up a big security loop hole leaving your PC vulnerable to attack.
just for one-off sharing, just as with photos, there are many file sharing websites around. one that seems to be rather popular of late is
http://www.yourfilehost.com/ but make a search on Google and have your pick...
once uploaded you will only need to share a download link with those whom you'd like to access said PFD file.
