 Borat: Cultural Learnings of America...

When I watched the trailer, I immediately noticed that the Borat character resembles a Turkish guy , named as "Internet Mahir" He had become famous in late 1999 with a web site that had a slogan "i kiss you" . He was worldwide popular spoke just like Borat, and had hobbies just like Borat vs..

Anyway, then after a quick search on google, i saw this news

Internet Mahir (Mahir Cagri) will open a lawsuit. And i think he is right to open a lawsuit, because the Borat character is actually him.

By the way back in 1999 I had a chance to meet this guy in San Francisco. He was brought there by etours.com (now bankrupt) to be given the key of the internet. They had thrown a huge party for him somewhere in SOMA.

This was his original web site.

Oh yeah, I'm headed for California tomorrow, and I will wasted no time in getting to the theaters.

My brother lives in Portland, Oregon, and saw it a few days ago. He loved it.
