 Istanbul Modern Cinema For those that are not aware, the Istanbul Modern art gallery also has a small (100 seat) cinema, with evening programmes every weekday evening and weekend afternoon / evening.

It´s a lovely cinema. Comfy and wide seats, very steep (amphitheater-style), ok sound system. It´s just that nobody goes there. I went there for the short-film-festival (about a month ago). You enter through the exit of the Istanbul Modern (i.e. you do not climp the stairs, but stay on the ground level).
