Saw it last night. Very simple plot line, not a lot of acting, and not much to remember after the movie is over. Except the visual quality. Loved the camera work. Loved the color palette. and certainly loved the eye candy that is Colin Farrel!

If u are a sucker for anything visually attractive like me, make time to see this one.

PS: Thankfully no resemblance to the '80's series, whatsoever.

Just don't go see it at the Mayadrom Akatlar.

My wife and I went last nite, and asked for two tickets to the 9:45 show. We were told two tickets cost 47 LIRA (that is not a misprint), and promptly walked out.

agree with sillybug: simple plotline and not a lot of acting. but still over two hours  i thought if they had kept it to an hour and a half it would have been enough to tell the story just as well. i loved they eye candy that was the cars and the power boats, they looked like a lot of fun to take for a spin :P

Yes, Dj, Mayadrom is EX-pensive! And all for a tiny screen.

I would very much recommend seeing action movies (and of course this last beauty) at Mecidiyekoy, Profilo Mall. Salon 1 has a nice and big screen and makes seeing the movies worthwhile. (Just make sure you get a seat from the last two rows.) Try Saturday night, and u will be spreading yourselves all over the place, too.

=D

Saw it last night at kanyon, reasonable - 24YTL for two! Great theatre, nice big screen for the size of salon, and great vibrations through the floor for the guns and powerboats. Not much more than a TV film and agree too long for the simnple storyline. The camera work was pretty cool though. I want one of those powerboats, but I think you would die if you tried to get fruity, which is why they didn't, I guess.
