 Footy Saturday 22 September 2007 Are you ready to test your football skills?
Here's where even world champions start out - in the local park. Grab a ball, grab your friends and head down to have some practice shots at goal. If you can't get it right here, how can you expect to play in the World Cup one day?

When: Saturday 5:15-7:00 p.m.
Where: Moda
How to get there: The pitch is approximately 10 minutes walk from Kadikoy Iskele. The easiest way to find it is to follow the tramlines up the hill to Moda (walking opposite to the flow of traffic). At the point where you reach Erkonyalilar Kebab, leave the tramlines and turn right. A little further down the road you?ll see a mosque and playground, between them is the pitch.
What does it cost: Mainly medical expenses but 7-10 YTL depending on the number of players. The pitch costs 96 YTL for the two hours we play, so divide that by the number of players...simple innit!
