Post Observer article on Fenerbahce's Colin Kazim-Richards
For those Fenerbahce fans out there, the story of Colin Kazim-Richards.

http://football.guardian.co.uk/News_Sto ... 02,00.html

An sort-of interesting story about a boy from east London now playing under Zico, how is adapting to Turkish life and his weird idea that you can't have "Christian" names on Turkish id papers. "For political reasons I had to change the name on my passport, you're not allowed to have a Christian name in a Muslim country".

Someone should tell my son. I had no idea "Colin" was a "Christian" name anyway. I can't remember a St. Colin.

The author of the article also claims that Alex plays for Japan. That's not true is it?

There is an Alex who plays(ed) for Japan who was Brazilian born, but not Alex de Souza. Quality article by the sounds of it
