I just found this informative thread. Is it too late to visit Egypt now? I've heard the winter-spring season is Prime but we've got to cater to school vacations (or serious lack of). Is visiting Egypt in the summer out of the question?

No course not! You can go any time of the year as it's a big old place with different coastlines.
Depends where you want to go of course, what you want to do and how you deal with heat etc.
