Unfortunately I didn't see much of the island that should def. be in the top 100 list since it was just a 3- day trip. I will definitely go back and stay for at least a week. I was actually stuck in Caticlan airport since the airport shut for one night due to high winds. Taking a boat back to Boracay wasn't an option either due to high seas so I spent he night in a very small inn. The local shopkeeper took pity on me and my sister and took us in for a night for very little money. They didn't take credit cards and we didn't have that much cash left.
I think too that Boracay should definitely be in the list. You were in Manila? Let me start a thread and ask you about your experience in the Phils or I will PM you later.

Well I have done OK with 23, but there's obviously a lot of places I still have to go. Norwegian fjords were supposed to be crossed off my list last year, but I didn't have the funds. All in good time.

I am happy to share and yes almost 4 years in Manila and a few months in Cebu.

I'm pretty pathetic with only six. As for the person who said in the poll they had been to all 100 - as this is an expat forum with I assume not too many Moslems - how on earth did you get to Mecca?
