Have any of you taken this ferry? it is sometimes called the 'hizla' bandirma ferry.

do you know if they have accommodations for handicapped passengers?
ie...is there an elevator to get from the car deck to the passenger section
or just stairs? we have a wheel-chair guest coming from abroad for a visit.

There aren't that many stairs but that alone wouldn't be the problem, as the cars are parked so close together that you wouldn't be able to use a wheelchair on from the parking area to the deck.

There again I was looking at it from an able bodied persons perspective and we don't tend to notice disabled facilities, therefore it may be worth contacting Ido to see if there are in fact disabled facilities.
