 New Domestic Airlines??
Hi
This morning I briefly caught a turkish radio program talking about renewed air travel from Canakkale
and Edremit Airports....but I can't find any substancial info online....does anyone know where I can
learn about Atlas Jet/Atlas Air schedules from either of these airports?
Thanks.
AG

Flew back from our hols with Atlasjet just yesterday. Frankly I was very impressed and found them to be certainly as good (admitedly on a short flight) as Turkish. Will definitely consider them again.

i can't find out where AtlasJet flies to and from...
i want to learn if they fly into Edremit and/or Canakkale...
apparently that service hasn't started yet...
cost???
and i assume it flies into the new airport in Istanbul, not the Ataturk Airport, right?
it would be great if we could find flights from Dalaman to this region (canakkale
and/or Edremit)
if anyone finds out, please let me know.
thanks.

If you'd also looked at the site that the link takes you to,, then you'd have discovered the airport code of IST, which is Istanbuls main airport, not the one on the Asian side. However Atlas Jet is not a new airline, as we flew with them last year.
Not sure if I'd want to travel further than an internal flight though!

Pegasus Air

Onur Air

but frankly, i can't find the cheap flights that are supposedly on offer! a RT to Dalaman via these carriers is anywhere from 230 to 340ytl!!!

sorry JohnF...i didn't find the answers i wanted!!
if you read my initial post you'll see that i overheard a radio program the other morning
telling me that AtlasAir/AtlasJet was now flying from Canakkale and Edremit...
that's not consistent with the info on the website.
so i'm assuming that the cart was put before the horse...yet again...
thanks anyway..
