 Visa Run To Bulgaria - Sivilinigrad Anyone? I like the idea of only traveling 4 hours for my visa run so i'm thinking of just spending the night in Sivilingrad. Has anyone ever done this? I don't mind traveling to a small town with not much to do...as long as there is a bar and a hotel somewhere i should be okay.

First visa run I did was through Edrine to Greece, the whole crossing the boarder took 10 min max, and it was fun,
I recommend Greece over Bulgaria,

How long did the Greek border run take from Istanbul? How does one get to Edirne?
I am also going this weekend. Actually maybe leaving tomorrow and coming back on Saturday.

Driving to Edrine is about 2 hours. For directions you have the sign of Edrine all over Istanbul and the highways just follow them or take the road to the airport then get off on Edirnes highway.
