 Turkish entertainers As we seem to be in a musical mood today how about you listing Turkish singers that you like.For me: Ozlem Tekin......daglari deldim is excellent and I am hooked on at the mo. Sebnem Ferrah, Nilufer, Nez, Yildiz Tilbe, and I have a few other albums but I am not going to reveal those

Embarrassingly enough, I am a closeted Tarkan fan. As I mentioned in another thread, I'm also a fan of the "Anadolu Rock" scene of the 60's and 70's. I also think Mercan Dede's stuff is pretty cool too. I went to see Ayna in concert back in Chicago.

I've heard O.D. is a good friend of Mercan Dede, too. But that, in my opinion, may serve to improve his vocals. I'm not concerned with the rest...

The lead singer is a scruffy guy who badly needs a shower, but I think hes oh soo sexy kind of has that, the world can go screw itself attitude, a real turn on if you ask me

Starman, did you go to see Ozlem Tekin perform at Yeni Melek last week ? I think it was either last Friday or Saturday night. My cousin told me he went there, and that it was great. Cheers, Cem

What do you folks think of Nil Karaibrahimgil ? Some say she is very talented and has a very unique singing style (which is true I guess), while others say she is awful at what she does. She performs at the Babylon Club on a regular basis. I personally think she is quite cool.

shes one weird bird and her lyrics are out there and though I dont like many of her songs I do like her style.
