Does anyone watch "House?" I loved the first season, the penultimate episode of which was one of the finest hours of television since "Commencement" and "Twenty Five," the final two episodes of The West Wing Season Four.

I've been watching the second season on Digiturk, but it's been sucking so much ass that if it were a pop-singer, it'd be Boy George. It seems every single episode can be broken down into:

- Normal patient has weird problem; let's say, eight limbs.
- Plot B patient has funny problem.
- House does not care about the main problem; has a witty retort about the funny problem which he solves. Kind of.
- The Three Strooges try and find answers for Plot A problem; House shoots them down with witty retorts. Oh Gregory, you rude so and so.
- Plot B patient comes back; Plot B problem resolved for sure this time.
- The Three Stooges try everything under the sun including exorcism to cure the Plot A patient yet they fail. Plot A patient is about to die.
- House shows his cock to Stacy, his ex who dumped him when he went limp (not like that, you perverts). Audience laughs: "You so crazy."
- Heavy rain outside as House ventures in to talk to the Plot A patient. Five minutes of prosaic, new-age rubbish and he learns something new about humanity and himself. He finally respects the Plot A patient.
- Sweet Serendipity be damned! Thanks to lessons learned from the tit-a-tat or some other fortuitous coincidence, the Plot A patient's ailment is cured. It turns out she was a spider.

And albeit highly amusing, ironic misanthropy wears thin rather rapidly anywhere but in Scrubs.

The second season is rubbish compared to the first. Even House turns into a creep; acting more like an immature, lovesick puppy than an ingenious, yet scarred, diagnostician.

Did anyone catch Monday's episode? The patient's digestive system reversed itself, and she started shitting from her mouth. So very pleasant.

Did she eat via her butt?
