Not in Bodrum it hasn't (there's a huge suprise). And the difference is? Please don't tell me it's like KralTV et al just with better sets and jack ass dubbed into Turkish...

it looks the same to me; for now there's no dubbing that i've seen, just subtitles but i googled MTV Turkiye a while back and read they plan to make Turkish versions of some shows (like pimp my ride) and the VJ search\contest will begin soon as well

some info:

Digiturk will be showing MTV Turkey soon. I am a VH1 man myself; i.e. I am incredibly boring.

I've got to install microwave ovens, custom kitchen deliveries; but I will make sure to get to it afterwards.

Everytime I tune into MTV, it's some rapper or hip hop bling king with pimps and hos gyrating. The other day on VH1 I saw this guy's flesh being pierced so he could hang strapped and suspended via a helicoper to attempt a 'first-ever' feat. No thanks. I'd rather watch sharks rattling a diver's cage or Anak (child) Krakatoa forming magma on Discovery Channel...or some actor divulging his/her favorite curse word on Bravo tv. Even regular tele has some decent showswhere real people compete - like The Amazing Race.

There's an excellent well-acted series that started last night on Discovery Channel here, Battle for Rome depicting five emperors' reigns. Tiberius', Caesar's and Nero's periods were shown last night. This Battle for Rome series definitely trumps 'Cribs' for me. http://dsc.discovery.com/convergence/rome/rome.html
